Appointment Options

Please contact me to discuss treatment options. In addition to in-person treatment, I also offer teletherapy (therapy by phone and online by video) for all my clients, whether new or established. Teletherapy can provide vital care and support to individuals, couples and it provides a safe alternative to meeting in person.

Fees and Insurance

In addition to your session time, my fee covers time spent in between appointments on various supplemental tasks such as: phone calls, research for other resources you may need, reviewing your progress, preparing needed paperwork, and most importantly, considering how to best help you. I accept PayPal and Venmo.


Please call me to discuss insurance, fees, service packages, and payment options. I am happy to answer any questions!

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation window for all appointments. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 24-hours in advance as you will be responsible for the full appointment fee.

What to Expect

Initial Consultation:

We will talk on the phone for 20 minutes to answer all your questions and help you figure out if I am the right professional to best meet your needs at this time. 


Before the First Appoinment:

Once an appointment has been scheduled, I will email a confirmation. You will find all the necessary forms to  complete online before your first appointment. The information provided allows us to successfully work together and provides you more details about my business practices and policies.


The First Appointment:

Clients are often nervous about what to expect from therapy, particularly if they have never met a psychologist or have been in therapy before. I believe that the first session with our clients is a time to get to know one another, ask questions, and gain a clearer understanding about the issues affecting their lives.  I will ask questions about your concerns and about what you hope to gain from therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions of me. I welcome these questions and will do my best to answer them, including those about my education, experience, or background. During our initial sessions, we will look at the underlying reasons that brought to you to therapy and learn more about what you hope to gain from therapy so we can set goals together for treatment. With the understanding that everybody is unique, our first visit assessment will look into your specific set of life experiences and circumstances, including your family and childhood history. My goal is to create a space for healing from day one.


Follow Up Appointments:

We will choose an appointment schedule that best facilitates your healing and growth in a safe manner. Appointments are 50 minutes weekly or biweekly, and can be modified based on your needs. As you progress with your goals, appointments will be scheduled every 2-3 weeks or even once a month.
