I'm Cyndi Horwitz, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, yoga practitioner, and mother. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where your experience is held with care — not just your words, but your breath, your body, your nervous system, and the parts of you that haven't felt safe to speak until now.
This is the heart of my work at Healing in Practice, a therapy practice rooted in presence, nervous system wisdom, and the belief that healing isn't a one-time breakthrough, but a daily lived experience.
